Practical ideas for people who want to grow, serve others, and create greater opportunity through free enterprise.
Welcome
I believe sustainable success is built by serving people well, earning trust, and helping others recognize what they’re capable of becoming.
For 37 years, I’ve built client relationships, developed people, and learned leadership through experience—along with plenty of books, seminars, programs, trial, error, and honest mistakes. This is where I share the lessons that proved useful.
What We’ll Explore
Taking ownership, creating value, and building something that reflects your convictions.
Becoming worthy of trust and helping people move toward a meaningful shared goal.
Discovering potential in others and developing people who can lead without you.
Serving customers, creating real value, and defending the freedom to build and exchange.

A Note From Chad
I learned by building relationships in several industries, mentoring people, studying personal development, trying new approaches, and occasionally getting things wrong.
Social media was no different. I learned it through experimentation—not by pretending every post worked. Those mistakes clarified something important: tools change, but people still respond to honesty, usefulness, consistency, and genuine interest.
My purpose here is simple: share what I’ve learned, meet thoughtful people, and continue the right conversations with those who want to grow.

Mentorship
A better organization starts when we stop seeing names on a list and begin seeing individual potential.

Work With Chad
If you’re developing a business, leading a team, improving your sales skills, or looking for an experienced mentor, tell me where you are and what you’re working toward.
I won’t assume we’re a fit. We’ll begin with a conversation and decide together whether there is a useful next step.
“The goal isn’t to collect as many people as possible. It is to find the right people, serve them well, and help them become more capable than they were before.”
